It differs by country, but the core set is constant: a valid passport, passport photos on a white background, three months of bank statements, a salary certificate or commercial registration, and flight and hotel bookings. We send you the exact list for your destination as soon as it is chosen.

Schengen visas usually take 10 to 21 working days; Gulf and some Asian visas come through in 24 to 72 hours; the US and UK depend on interview availability. We advise applying at least six weeks before you travel.

In most cases yes, subject to the airline or hotel policy. We explain the change and cancellation terms and any fees before confirming anything, and we handle the process on your behalf.

No. Our service fee is stated to you up front before we start, and government and consular fees are paid at their official value with nothing added. Nothing appears later.

Bank transfer, mada, Visa and Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Tour packages can be paid in two instalments: a deposit on confirmation and the balance before departure.

Once you send a request you receive a reference number, and a specialist contacts you on WhatsApp during working hours. Updates reach you at every stage without you asking.

Yes. We have a corporate and group travel desk with contract rates, monthly invoicing and spend reports. Contact us to arrange a tailored proposal.

Yes — Rafal is licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, and every booking is issued with an official confirmation in the traveller’s name.

Service questions

Questions tied to each service

Every service has its own questions — you will find them on its page along with documents and steps.

Usually not. We hold agency fares that are not published on public platforms, and on many routes we come in lower. When we match, you still gain follow-up and changes with no extra service fee.

Ticket Reservation ←

We issue it free of charge in a format consulates accept, valid long enough to cover the review period. You only pay for the ticket after approval.

Ticket Reservation ←

Yes — we issue it in an accepted format with your name as it appears in the passport, covering the entire stay with no gaps, which is a point Schengen files are checked on closely.

Hotel Reservation ←

We handle it with you under the hotel's policy. That is exactly why we explain cancellation and change terms before you pay, not after.

Hotel Reservation ←

In most European countries yes, and some companies refuse to release the car without one even if you paid in advance. We issue it for you within one working day.

Rental Car ←

It varies by class and country. It is held on a credit card in the driver's name and is not charged. We tell you the expected amount before booking.

Rental Car ←

No. It becomes cheaper when you move often and over long distances. For a route of three cities close together, separate tickets are usually cheaper, especially booked early. We calculate both and show you the difference rather than pushing one.

Train Tickets ←

Yes, on high-speed and night trains in France, Spain, Italy and elsewhere. The reservation is compulsory and separate from the pass, and without it you may be refused boarding even though you paid for the pass in full. We book it in advance because seats sell out in season.

Train Tickets ←

We track the flight number directly, and the representative waits for the new time with no waiting fee. Only tell us if you change the flight itself, because the booking is tied to its number rather than to the clock.

Airport Meet & Greet ←

No. Some airports offer it for a fee, some restrict it to certain cabin classes, and some do not allow it at all. We tell you the position at your airport specifically instead of giving you a general promise we cannot keep.

Airport Meet & Greet ←

€30,000, and the policy must cover all Schengen states rather than one country, and the entire travel period. Missing any of the three is grounds for immediate refusal.

Travel Insurance ←

Basic policies usually exclude it. We have options that include it for a small difference in price — and more importantly, you know before you travel rather than after.

Travel Insurance ←

It depends on the destination and the goal. The great migration between Tanzania and Kenya has its window, and dry seasons are generally better because animals gather around water. Tell us what you want to see and we will set the timing.

Safari Packages ←

Yes, with the right choices: nearby lodges, short distances between reserves, and shorter activities. Some lodges set a minimum age and we avoid those in family programmes.

Safari Packages ←

There is no single answer. The Maldives for absolute privacy, Georgia and Azerbaijan for nature on a smaller budget, and Europe for cities and restaurants. We recommend once we know what puts you both at ease.

Honeymoon Packages ←

Yes, and we coordinate them directly with the resort: dinner on the beach, the room decorated on arrival, or a photo session. Tell us the idea and we handle it quietly.

Honeymoon Packages ←

It depends on the route and your nationality. Some ports allow you ashore on the ship's visa, others require a separate one. We review the whole route and tell you what is needed before booking.

Cruise Holidays ←

On a number of ships yes, by prior request. We recommend the lines that genuinely provide it and register the request with the booking.

Cruise Holidays ←

We give no medical recommendation — that is your doctor's decision alone. Our role begins once you have chosen the treating facility: we arrange travel, housing, the visa and transport around your appointment.

Medical Trips ←

In many countries yes, with a letter from the treating facility. We get ahead of it by requesting a sufficient period from the start, and we follow the extension with you if you need it.

Medical Trips ←

We do not promise approval — the decision belongs to the consulate alone and nobody else holds it. What we guarantee is that the file is submitted complete and consistent, and that any gap we find is flagged to you before submission.

Visa Services ←

Schengen visas usually take 10 to 21 working days; Gulf and some Asian countries take a few days. Seasons affect this, so we advise starting six weeks before you travel.

Visa Services ←

No. It is a certified translation carried alongside your national licence, not instead of it, and driving on it alone counts as driving without a licence.

Int'l Driving Licence ←

One or three years depending on the type, and it is tied to your national licence — if the national one expires, the international one falls with it.

Int'l Driving Licence ←

We guarantee no university's admission — that decision is theirs. But we recommend what genuinely fits your level, and we apply to more than one place to raise your chances rather than betting on a single one.

Education Trips ←

Four to six months before the term begins. Admission alone can take two months, and the visa afterwards needs more time still.

Education Trips ←

Air is far faster and far more expensive, and suits small or urgent shipments. Sea is cheaper for large shipments but takes weeks. We price both and you choose.

Cargo Services ←

Yes, and we prepare the documents before the shipment arrives — because most delays come from a missing document rather than a slow process.

Cargo Services ←

No. It is available at major airports to varying degrees. We check the specific airport and tell you what is genuinely available before confirming.

VIP Services ←

At least 48 hours, and preferably more in high season. Some airports cap the number of daily services.

VIP Services ←

Yes, from a meeting of ten people to a conference of several hundred. The difference is in the advance planning, not in capacity.

Meeting Arrangements ←

Yes — a compliant tax invoice in the company's name, suitable for accounting and returns.

Meeting Arrangements ←

For most transactions no. Electronic authorisation through Absher Business or the digital agency service is enough. Where a process does require your presence, we tell you at the start rather than after payment.

Government Services ←

It varies a lot: some are immediate within an hour, others need three working days. We give you an estimate after reviewing your case, and tell you at once if anything appears that would delay it.

Government Services ←

At least six months before expiry. Many countries refuse entry to anyone with less than six months' validity, and iqama renewal itself requires a passport valid for long enough.

Passport Renewal ←

We handle the preparation and follow-up with your country's embassy in Saudi Arabia. Procedures differ between embassies, and we tell you your embassy's requirements specifically before starting.

Passport Renewal ←

The loss report comes first — without it a replacement request is not accepted. We help you file it and then complete the printing request.

Iqama Printing ←

The most common reasons: unpaid health insurance or labour office fees, or data not updated after renewal. We check both before submitting.

Iqama Printing ←

No. We are a procedural services provider, not a law firm: we arrange documents, track dates and complete forms. Legal opinion and advocacy come from a licensed lawyer, and we point you to the right party when you need one.

Labor Cases ←

It starts with amicable settlement and can be resolved within weeks. If it moves to the labour court the period is longer and varies with the case.

Labor Cases ←

A refusal can be for a procedural reason that can be fixed — a missing document or a late report. We review the written reason for refusal and resubmit complete, or escalate to SAMA if the refusal is unjustified.

Vehicle Insurance Claims ←

The sooner the better — delay is the most common reason for refusal. Report to Najm or the traffic police as soon as the accident happens, then to the insurer straight away.

Vehicle Insurance Claims ←

Usually yes. Much of the refusal comes from a brief medical report or a wrong administrative classification rather than a real exclusion in the policy. We review the written reason and address it.

Medical Insurance Claims ←

If the treatment is covered by your policy, usually yes, through a reimbursement claim. Keep every original invoice and report — without them the claim is hard to prove.

Medical Insurance Claims ←

Yes, and a review costs less than resubmitting after a refusal. We flag every field that needs changing and explain why.

Form Filling ←

Yes, for forms and documents that require it. We tell you when it is genuinely required and when the original will do.
